OG-Core

Real OG-PHL values: high when young, lowest mid-career, rising steeply with age. Changed only through calibration (the whole curve is scaled by formula) — hand-editing a single age would put an economically meaningless kink in it.

Large arrays live here, out of the way: visible to anyone who wants them, ignorable by everyone else. Editing model: paste a rectangular range copied from Excel (like MUIOGO's grids), never cell-by-cell typing.
